I teach power because I know what it costs to live without it.

I mentor women through the crossing point where they stop living according to conditioning, expectation, and external authority, and begin living from their own deepest knowing.

This work was forged through my own path: leaving the religious framework I was raised in and learning to build a life without permission, certainty, or a map.

It has also been shaped by a lifelong devotion to my own becoming; through deep inner work, rites of passage, initiations, and the ongoing practice of living what I teach. I return, again and again, to the work that changed me most, studying it deeply so I can integrate its wisdom, embody it fully, and weave it into the work I now bring to women.

For over two decades, I’ve guided women through profound identity shifts in how they choose, create, relate, love, and live.

INCARNATE is the deepest expression of that work.
